Drive and track skills development with synchronous or asynchronous technical instruction provided by regional community colleges or approved training providers.
Offer RTI that does not require apprentices to drive to on-campus technical instruction allowing them to save time, reduce unnecessary vehicle wear and tear, and travel expenses.
Because RTI is often a paid component of an apprenticeship, employers likely are to bear costs for on-campus instruction.
